What Poupa is

Poupa collects discounts submitted by merchants and verifies the prices before publishing. It is an information service: we do not sell products and we do not process payments.

Using the site means accepting these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the service.

Listings are not an offer of sale

Each listing describes a promotion advertised by a merchant. The purchase contract is formed solely between the user and that merchant, under the merchant's own conditions, delivery times and returns policy.

Paid placements are always labelled as such and are held to the same verification standard as every other listing.

Limits of accuracy

We check prices at the moment of publication, but prices, stock and conditions change on the merchant's side without notice. Always confirm the final amount on the merchant's page before buying.

Errors reported by users are reviewed, and a listing may be corrected, suspended or removed.

Acceptable use and changes

• Do not harvest the site by automated means without written permission.
• Do not submit false or expired promotions, or inflated reference prices.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation or open brand accounts on behalf of others.
• Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.
• These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date shown.
